Terms of Service
Please read these Terms before using CalmerMe. They explain who provides the app, what it does, what it does not do, and what you pay for.
1. Who provides CalmerMe
CalmerMe is provided by Mikoly Services Ewa Czeżyk-Szlachcikowska, ul. Krajobrazowa 3b/1, 72-003 Dobra, Poland. You can reach us any time at office@mikoly.services.
2. What CalmerMe is — and what it is not
CalmerMe is an emotional support and self-regulation tool. It offers exercises and trackers for information and self-care. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, psychological, psychiatric or legal advice. It cannot diagnose or treat anything. For anything clinical, talk to your doctor, midwife or a mental health professional.
CalmerMe is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now.
3. Your data stays on your device
Everything you enter stays on your phone. We never receive it and cannot read it — which also means we cannot recover it. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, deletes everything permanently, and there is no backup. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
4. Free and Premium
Most of CalmerMe is free. When you first install it you get seven days with every Premium feature unlocked — no payment details, nothing to cancel; it simply ends.
Premium is a subscription. Google Play sells it, takes the payment and renews it; the price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's rules — write to us as well and we will help where we can.
5. Using the app
CalmerMe is for your own personal use. Please don't try to break it, misuse it, or use it in a way that harms anyone.
6. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to office@mikoly.services and describe the problem. We reply within 14 days.
7. Our responsibility
We build CalmerMe with care and keep it working, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or always available — an app depends on your phone, its operating system and Google Play. We are responsible for our own faults under the applicable law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms — for example when the app changes, or the law does. The current version is always in the app and at calmerme.app. If a change doesn't suit you, you are free to stop using the app and cancel Premium.
9. Law
Polish law applies. You keep every consumer right the law in your own country gives you.
